Our development plan

A lasting vision.
One sound step at a time.

We want to build something that families can trust and communities can sustain. That starts with disciplined preparation.

The path forward

Build the foundation
before expanding.

These are development priorities, not announced launch dates or guaranteed services. Progress depends on qualified partners, resources and the required approvals.

01

Establish the organization

Develop the charitable structure, seek appropriate fiscal sponsorship, recruit independent oversight and define financial controls, policies and responsibilities.

02

Prepare the Montana pilot

Work with community partners to define participants, locations, supervision, mentor screening, safety procedures and a realistic operating budget.

03

Launch and learn

Begin a manageable pilot only when the necessary safeguards and resources are in place. Listen to participants and families, assess the work and improve what needs attention.

04

Grow from evidence

Consider expansion after reviewing participation, safety, outcomes, costs and community demand. Explore a first campus through a separate feasibility and capital planning process.

What we want to learn

Measure the work.
Respect the people.

For a future pilot, we intend to track participation, completed learning activities, education and employment connections, family resource referrals and participant feedback.

We would report aggregate progress while protecting personal information. We will distinguish activities and referrals from verified outcomes; a connection to a resource does not automatically mean a need has been resolved.

There are no program impact results to report yet. We intend to publish actual results as the work develops.

The campus vision

A place to belong.
A vision to test.

Christopher’s long-term vision includes nine campuses offering community, learning and support. The immediate priority is proving a responsible local model before pursuing that scale.

A first location might involve donated property, an adapted building or a purpose-built facility. Any path would require professional feasibility review, sustainable operating funding and the appropriate approvals.

Bring your expertise to the plan

A stronger future takes all of us.

People of every faith, belief and background are welcome. Bring your skills, your experience or your support, and help build what comes next.
