Planned programs

Practical support.
Real possibilities.

We are designing opportunities that connect young people and families with skills, people and resources that can help them move forward.

01 · Proposed youth pilot

Armored
Builders

An introduction to the skilled trades, built around safety, mentorship and confidence.

The proposed pilot would introduce teens and young adults to tool literacy, basic construction concepts, supervised demonstrations and career exploration. We want to connect participants with employers, training providers and apprenticeship pathways.

  • Safety education and age-appropriate learning
  • Qualified, screened mentors and supervised activities
  • Practical projects that build confidence
  • Connections to education and employment pathways

Activities, ages, locations and eligibility will be defined with qualified partners before enrollment opens. Participation will depend on appropriate safeguards, supervision and required permissions.

02 · Proposed family support

Family stability
and connection

Help families find the support already around them.

Our planned approach would help families connect with established food, housing, transportation, recovery and community resources. We also hope to improve access to qualified legal information and representation resources through appropriate partners.

We would focus on resource navigation and practical community partnerships. Licensed treatment, legal advice and other professional services would be provided by qualified organizations and practitioners.

Family support must always account for children’s safety and each family’s circumstances.

03 · Future learning opportunity

Armored
Gardens

Learn, grow and contribute together.

Armored Gardens is a proposed program combining gardening, food-growing skills, hands-on learning and supportive community connection. We hope to create meaningful ways for young people and families to learn useful skills while contributing to shared spaces.

The program’s format, partners and facilities will be developed alongside the first pilot. It is a future opportunity, not a currently operating service.

Longer-term vision

Places built
for belonging.

Our long-term vision includes community and residential campuses where young people can find stability, education, mentorship and pathways into adult life.

Residential services would require separate feasibility work, professional leadership, funding, appropriate approvals and child-safety safeguards. No residential campus is currently offered through this initiative.
